Tall building in the Tomb of Qinshihuang

During the probe of Qin Shihuang Tomb in 2002, archaeologists unexpectedly found a rammed loam construction under the grave mound. Could this be a tower underground?
After preliminary digging, the archaeologists found a rammed earth wall surrounding the mausoleum. The 30 meters tall wall is a part of a rectangular structure that is 145 meters in length and 120 meters in width. On the east and west wall there are two tomb passages.
How did this come into being? What was the use of it? This documentary tells it all.
